        If I could I would give it negative stars. They had auctioned my mom storage unit with my decreased father stuff in it at the end of September. We got the first and last noticed Oct 8 saying it was auctioned.we was not aware of it until afterwards they had stolen from us and then auctioned it. When we called them asking about it they said oh its been auctioned and u can pay the amount but u can't get anything back from it. It had bunch of family photos in it. As it is they steal. From people auction it off and then say oh sorry we can't help up. I will NEVER rent from them again nor recommend this place they are nothing but theives. If u want your stuff stolen this place is where to go but if not I would recommend changing storage units. They are not honest people. If I was you I would remove out all of your belongings and change storage units.
