It's hit or miss with their customer service. I think it depends on their mood. I've waisted many stamps on packages that didn't have enough - even though it should have been! I've also had packages from friends returned because of stamps not being enough. (Cause it makes total sense to send it back.) I found it odd that my friend and I ordered the same card size for our Christmas cards. She was able to use a post card stamp (she lives in idaho) and have it delivered to me, however they required I pay a full price stamp cause the size was too big.
