Hops did an excellent job on repairing our car and then they detailed it inside and out. I would highly recommend them.

They made promises for my car to be done before the start of November and couldn't follow through.
At least I assume that's the case, they haven't picked up the phone for a whole week and I keep leaving messages. The car only needs 3-4 hours of work, has already been quoted, and they stated multiple times that having it done before November was "no problem" and "guaranteed". I have cash in hand and there is no holdup from insurance that would cause ghia because it's coming out of MY pocket.
