I had a great experience with Arrow Dental! The front staff is always willing to get me in right away, very nice and professional and have made my experiences there pleasant.

I have not yet been in to see anyone. However, Cici was VERY informative, and very understanding of my situation, and just speaking to her on the phone set me at ease about my upcoming first visit/ examination.
Then when I called back to schedule my appointment (I had to be reassigned to Arrow Dentsl on my OHP because I was assigned to Advantage, and Advantage wouldn't see me until January, even tho I'm in pain and discomfort and can't eat or chew except in a very specific way. Anyways, Elisha took my second phone call and helped me set up my appointment, and told me that if I wasn't reassigned to Arrow by then, they would just move my appointment a out until I was reassigned. She was VERY helpful, and she laughed at all my jokes.
I am very excited to get into my appointment next week and see if their dental work is as good as their customer service.

This is one of the best dentists I've ever been to. They were kind, compassionate and didn't rush through pulling my tooth. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing work done. And the prices were a pleasant surprise.

Dr. Bendixen is an amazing dentist!! Very caring and compassionate, he made an experience I had been dreading for along time completely pain free taking away any fears I may have had.
