Well never received notice of rebranding. Beth purves was a outstanding agent with all state, and she joined Simmons and was OK at first. Now they flip agent contact with no notice .no yearly contact to update insurance, no contact to go over coverage, no contact period.mutal of Enumclaw has been very good. The local agents suck for lack of working with clients who patronize them.in essence they are employed by you for such purposes in regards to coverage, the attitude and dictatorship attitude does not work. Others are also commenting on lack of respect for there customers. Am notifying mutual of Enumclaw that I would like an agent change due to lack of professionalism at Simmons who used to be great till Beth purves retired. Also my total insurance bill went up roughly 1100.00 from last year and we have everything covered for years here. Even travel trl coverage 385.00 more than last year. .that's the reason for 1 star review.just sad that they can't touch base with clients. Raise your insurance coverage premium without any contact.and I see the usual excuse we tried to contact you regularly. That's a flimsy excuse. My phone number been the same for over 20 years and same mail address for 24 years. Love the lies, shady business use for lack of respect for clients

I have been with Simmons insurance over 10 years and aways happy with my previous agent. Recently contacted the firm and found out that Highstreet Insurance took over the business. I wish the firm send out some sort of communications to let clients know about the changes instead of left us in the unknown.
When I called, front desk person transferred me to Tony, my new agent; I asked him to do an annual review for my auto insurance and HOI policy. He was in a rush and let me know that he was super busy, promised to review my policy and will get back to me soon. Two weeks went by and I havent heard back from him. I am very disappointed with the poor customer service and unprofessionalism of the new agent and this firm.

Casi is very detailed oriented, helpful, friendly and well organized. She was very helpful during my insurance process she play vital role to reach out to my HOA, Adjuster, Other Insurance etc. Before i reply she reach out and communicated and made sure process of insurance is going smooth. Definitely well deserve 5 star.
