        Does not conduct buisness legally. They use the the fact that they are collecting money from people that don't have much and struggling to their advantage to not follow the laws because they know that most people can afford a lawyer to sue them. UPDATE!!!! ILLEGALLY SERVED MY 15 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER PAPERS.

        Very rude to the people trying to settle the debts peacefully. Uses threats and hangs up on them when you try to be civilized.

        Garbage collection agency. Charging me for a bill that was already paid then having the audacity to say it's my responsibility to make sure the charge was/is valid. It's not my job to make sure YOUR attempt at making money is valid. FYI, any charge they come after right away, dispute it even if you're not sure you'll win. They make so many errors, you will have a 60% chance of walking away from the bill entirely just by saying you want to dispute the charge. They know little to nothing and don't know how to prove the charge is valid.
