Dr. Cooper is wonderful. She provided well-reasoned and compassionate counsel to a family struggling with the challenges of a mentally imbalanced family member.

I had an evaluation adhd scheduled, they gave me homework and canceled my appointment without notification because I didn't get it done in time. Can you imagine if they told someone who is depressed you need to show some positivity before we see you? This place is broken and I truly don't believe they understand behavioral health. Never even saw a doctor. Won't be back.

You have to pay $200-300+ if u miss appointments. They don't do their job correctly. If you have symptoms of your mental health problems they will use it against you and stop providing you care. They denied my mental illnesses and said it was "behavior problems" AFTER diagnosing me with depression. Don't go, they don't care and won't help. Find someone else please.

I am so grateful for the team at Rivercrest Behavioral Health. They have always been kind and professional and created a safe space to reach out for help. I truly appreciate Dr. Cooper and the support she has provided me to navigate through my mental health.
