Kim and her staff are friendly and very informative. Always willing to answer any questions you might have, even the ones you think are the dumbest questions. Kim Arbogast was great to work with. Her and her team made sure I loved everything about my house before I agreed to anything. They were consistent with staying on top of reminding me if I needed to submit anything else, all without feeling like I was being nagged.
