The sales staff is great but the service department is the worst. First even before we got our license plate the car is already broke and the service department said it was covered by warranty and then when my wife went to go pick the car up she was threatened by the service desk and told that it was no longer covered by the warranty. They gave us a loner car while our car was in the shop and the paperwork we signed said unlimited miles but they threatened my wife over the amount of miles we went in the car as it was more than 50 miles over three days even though the papers said unlimited. Will never again do business with this dealership as we dont appreciate being threatened by the people who sold us a busted car.

Bought a 2018 outback have always taken it there for service, when scheduling online I have always told them to rotate the tires, the lazy technician that always worked on it always told me that the tires were fine and did not need rotation. Now I have to replace all my tires never going back to this place. Do yourselves a favor and buy anywhere else but here.

We just picked up our new '24 Outback yesterday and the experience was extremely good from start to finish. Through phone calls, text messages, and meeting in person, Tiffany took extremely good care of us. She was always responsive to our questions, and let us know what to expect throughout the process. When we met in person to do the paperwork and finalize, Tiffany and her manager were so down-to-earth, friendly, and professional, that we felt at home. There were no gimmicks, no unforeseen expenses, no unforeseen issues with the purchase, no unforeseen anything! It was a pleasure doing business with Tiffany, so much so that we were almost sorry to leave. We will now move into the vehicle maintenance and service phase with Harley Swain, which we did not intend to do, given the 40 mile drive. But without pitching it, or really discussing it in any way, we just saw how Tiffany and her manager showed what kind of business they have, and we will now go there for service.
