Luis Villalba was quick, professional and friendly when he installed my oven light. Service was so quick! I just put in my work order and he was here in less than 30 minutes!

Our experience with Palladia has been head and shoulders above anything we encountered anywhere else. Sam in particular has been patient and kind and truly took the time to understand our (quite specific) needs. Then when the time came to apply and move in, again Sam has helped us to have a very smooth experience. I can't say enough good about him!

So finally after being here almost 2 years had to request a couple of maintenance issues yesterday mainly not having hot water. Not only did it get taken care of within a timely manner but Luis the maintenance guy that came over was just so awesome. Not only did it feel like I had a family member over helping me with an issue but he was just so friendly, funny, respectful, easy going, and literally explained everything that he was doing or had to do and what the issues were. He also arranged with Amanda in the front office to relay his message to me about our second issue and scheduled the soonest appt for us prior to her calling me on his behalf. He was just so relatable and even followed up with us first thing this morning to make sure everything was okay. 20 out of 10 Luis, Muchas Gracias Seor!!! You have great work ethics and a wonderful customer service!!!

Love this place. All Staffs are very friendly. Amanda and Louis have been great help to our move. The common area is very well maintained, tidy, quiet, bright and spacious.
