Almost been here for a year and with my experience, I chose to renew for another year. Staff is great and very helpful. They try which is all a renter can ask. Shout out to Tamar! Great experience with her. Kenya is nice, too. Little hiccups with the gates and construction is an eye-sore, but that's no fault of the team here. Good location and good service. Check it out!

Overall, this apartment complex is pretty good to live at. Gated community, great location, and just opened a year ago. This would get 5 stars.
However, the dog piles at the dog park has gotten WAY out of control! There are at least 30+ piles right now in and outside of the park. I am constantly stepping in a pile and I cant even take my dog there anymore because there are so many. I brought it up to the office one time and they didnt do anything about it. Its gotten so much worse since then. Part of this is on the tenants but a part is also on management to not enforce these rules. Start fining tenants or something. Dont move here just for the dog park! I may look into living elsewhere.

If you are considering moving here, dont. First of all they dont explain the move in/move out process throughly. You need to schedule a day when they are available to secure the elevator to move in. We stayed for one year and got none of our security deposit back. My bike was stolen, got no help from the office. This probably wouldnt have happened if the security gates actually worked. Same for the butterfly app, sometime you might be able to get in sometimes you have to go around the building to try each one until it does open. They never worked, one point had our car stuck inside because both gates were broken. The walls are very thin, you can hear neighbors, slamming doors(because they all basically slam). Avoid at all cost.
Adding more examples:
Fire alarm is defective, would alarm randomly especially during showers. Also the CO2 alarm would ring off with no presence of carbon.
I tried to warn other tenants about the theft happening in our area but my bulletin posts were always rejected.
Closet rails are cheaply made, fell on me three times causing wall damage. One of the times that the rack fell it fell on me and cut my leg creating a scar.
