        We have lived in our house for almost 20 years and everything has just gone downhill, it takes weeks upon weeks to have them come fix anything, the carpets were already so disgusting when we moved in and it seems like they haven't been changed since the house was built. they NEVER answer the phone and the managers are horrible they are rude and arrogant. I hope to never live in one of their properties ever again
