We have lived at the Springs for 8 months in our lovely 2 bedroom apartment. We couldnt be happier with the friendly and caring staff and wonderful amenities. Living in such a vibrant independent living community provides opportunities that we never could have imagined. Perfect location, too!

We are five year residents of The Springs at Tanasbourne, comfortably living in an independent living, two bedroom apartment.
We can't say enough positive comments about our life here, but one that stands out is the quality of the caring staff. Everyone is so positive, friendly and helpful to the residents. There are so many activities scheduled each week it keeps us as busy as we would like to be.
The accommodations, the food, the staff and the facility are first class. It's so convenient to have a salon, gym, heated pool, physical therapy, transportation and massage available in the same building. Great value for the money and close to local shopping. We should have moved here sooner.

This is a great place, the staff ic so caring, compassionate, and friendly. I recommend this home to anyone who wants their family treated like family in a care home.

Oh the Springs at Tanasbourne, the wonderful Springs at Tanasbourne, where your loved ones go to perish on the weekends. Why you might ask, because you can forget anyone being there to complete the tasks they are responsible for in regard to your loved ones when they are injured and need help, or in our case (this time) are ready to leave the hospital but cant because there is NO ONE THERE ON THE WEEKEND to do it! Why you might ask, because since the Covid outbreak they have done nothing but go downhill and it is getting worse everyday. We had to pay for another additional night in the hospital, which I can assure you is not cheap because NO ONE would respond to the hospital for critical information to release him!!! Now it is Monday and the hospital is calling me again because THE SPRINGS AT TANASBOURNE WILL NOT RESPOND TO THEM. So now we are looking at possibly having to pay for another UNNECESSARY night at the hospital, costing us even more money, guess we will just HAVE to add that to the 11,500 we already pay them per monthwhich just KEEPS going higher and higher! WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE!
