Great!!! I just dropped in without calling and asked for estimate - they helped me right away no questions asked and gave me a full estimate - great customer service !! Really unexpected !!! Excellent service!!!

Awful experience!! We have taken our cars & trucks to other body shops for work over the years with no problems. This was a total nightmare!! Our truck was side swiped by a hit and run driver, our Toyota dealership Service Mgr. recommended Precision Body & Paint North Hillsboro as the shop they refer customers to for body work. Precision had our truck for 3 months and 1 day. Steve, Jim and the receptionist told us on 6 different times in 6 weeks that our truck was in paint - that never happened!! We called weekly to get updates from Steve or Jim, they were getting very annoyed with us and could not tell us when the truck would be done. We repeatedly left messages asking them to call us back - never happened! When they said they would call us back with an update - only happened once. 11 days before we picked up our truck we called again for an update and Mike, VP of Operations, told us that the entire shop had been fired except for the receptionist. He apologized several times and said repeated that we had been lied too and that there were other cars/trucks in the same situation as us. We could not get an explanation as to why they kept lying to us and why our truck was not done. Mike said he didnt know what happened. We asked a few times if all the parts were in and were told yes they were by Steve & Jim. Very stressful experience, feeling very helpless not being able to get our truck out of the shop as it was in pieces. Mike stepped in to finally get the work done on our truck and looks like there was a lot of work to finish up. Thank you Mike!

I went into an estimate appointment with a bumper hanging. I was met with wonderful service and my bumper was popped into place for FREE in five minutes! Amazing service at Precision Body and Paint!

I would go back to this place. Everyone was very courteous. The estimate was right on. They completed the excellent work earlier than what they told me. I got a ride to/from my place. Service: Body & Trim
