I needed insurance in a hurry. Both for myself and my son. Vladimir went above and beyond for me. Working well after his scheduled time off to get me the right insurance that same day. Vladimir is exactly what a customer service representative should be. Polite, professional, and determined. Vladimir is my agent now and we'll into the future. I couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience with Vern Fonk insurance and the agent was Vlad. Vlad is very informative professional and kind. Its been a while since I had an agent that actually cares about you and your needs. Vlad goes above and beyond & the extra mile to help find best rate. Best of all, the follow up call. Checking in to see if you have any questions concerns etc.
