        Awful. We have had access issues since day 1. As a new renter, the gate code didnt work and nobody was ever in the office nor would they answer the phone. The manager decided to revoke access because a light got broke and my husband had to hunt him down to look at the cameras to see that it wasnt us. Almost every time weve gone to the facility either the gate or the elevators arent working. Now that we want to leave and have given notice, we havent been able to access our belongings because once again the elevators arent working. Conveniently rent is due again and we havent been able to get our stuff. Tried earlier this week and were told that because the elevators werent working they would allow an additional day and someone would call us. Of course nobody has called and of course nobody answers the phone. Now we are going to have to pay a full month AGAIN because their access points ARE NOT WORKING AND NOBODY WILL CALL BACK. I will absolutely be filing a complaint against this company.

        Great prices! I love the fact my unit is inside! The covered car port is my favorite part! You can just pull right up to the entrance/ elevator to load/unload.

        Found the cheapest deal around for a 5x10 unit online and ended up getting a cheaper price in person! Staff was kind enough to stay the extra time to start a rental even though it was close to closing. He was very helpful.
