They could not replace OnePlus Phone Batteries and Batteries Plus could not replace OnePlus 8T Phone Batteries, but Phone CPR can! Good Warranty!

I've been to various Best Buy locations around the Portland area, and typically have received plenty of help from friendly employees. Perhaps Best Buy as a corporation has tightened the reigns on customer service? Or the Tanasbourne location is unusually rude. Quit falling back on the "understaffed" excuse. The employees on duty aren't motivated and customer service obviously isn't a priority. Half the problem is when there's a bunch of people under 25 years old running the show, they don't care about much and assume everyone on Earth inherently knows every techy little thing. Sorry, but some of us don't. I purchased a new mobile phone and needed the SIM card and data transferred. In the past, EVERYTHING was handled by an employee as a part of the purchase, but now if you ask for assistance it'll cost $40! I never have been left completely alone in Best Buy or AT&T, and told I'm on my own. I mean, c'mon - it's a quiet Monday afternoon and not much going on at all. Don't make it feel problematic when answering a few questions, just because I refused to pay a ridiculous $40 fee. Setting up a new phone isn't included in the hefty purchase price anymore? How petty! There's no need for an employee to wait with me during the data transfer, but they ought to provide a little support to get started, besides telling me to "Go sit at that table". Seems like they're all being paid to stand around chatting and instructed to avoid customers. In the future, I'll definitely avoid shopping at Best Buy, or at least the unfriendly Tanasborne location.
