I am 66 years old and had my first appointment with Dr Baker today. I found his staff to be very friendly and professional. Dr Baker was very personable which is hard to find these days. I felt very comfortable discussing my previous health issues with him and I feel confident that we will work well together on any future health issues that come my way.

Dr Baker has been a very kind and caring doctor for my family. We have always had great experiences both with him and his staff. His advice and treatments have always been very good.

Dr Bakers office support are rude, uncaring ageist, and unprofessional... this seems to be the norm. I had any apt one day and his Girlfriend, Jordon ( who I later found out is a Physician Assist...do not see her she is and awful person) asked to weigh me,
All I said was "no uh uh". She quipped back in a very snotty tone "All You Had to do was say No" , I was confused and replied "I did say no" to which she got even snottier and said "well you could have said it nicer" Again shocked at this girls poor behavior, I asked Is this how this apt is going to go?" It escalated.
Then Dr Baker more concerned about covering for his girlfriend then my health which is why I was there began bullying. Because I called her girl.
Needless to say I was and still am traumatized and my health has taken a turn for the worse. I left without my health needs met, hysterically crying.
