They've gotten so bad. I wouldn't bank with them at all from this point, in fact I'm looking for a better credit union this week...they made a mistake on my account which they WILL NOT resolve; and all it would take is simply reporting the correct status of my accounts, to the credit bureaus. Have messaged and called them for over a month now. I just can't believe that what was once the best banking organization around, has become one of the worst. At this point I'd compare them to Bank of the West; members seem to no longer matter. Insane trying to deal with them.

I always have a great experience with First Tech! This location is not accessible to the general public.

Longterm customer 15+years. Only down hill since every merger. Never answer the phone. Always long waits. Not enough help in branches. I'm leaving soon. Try another credit union. This one is just too big and too impersonal with not enough people to help you. Online services are very problematic.
