I run a garage door company too, and waiting at a vendor for product is a pain, sure, but you shouldn't verbally abuse the workers when they also take care of another company alongside you.
The hard working employees were in the back finishing packaging his order and he starts in on them cursing and everything. Not ok. People are watching you.

We talked to John's Custom Garage Doors several years ago about replacing our old wooden door and opener. I don't know why we waited. We absolutely are thrilled with the insulation in the new door. Secondly the keypad to open the door has been so helpful. We honestly can't believe we waited so long. If you are thinking about getting a new garage door call John's Custom Garage Doors and have yours installed! They came out quickly and took away all of the mess.

They were a pleasure to work with! After calling numerous people someone recommended them. They quickly came out, gave me a free estimate and were super affordable! They were quick to schedule me in, so professional and Im super happy with the result! Highly recommend!!!

We are SO thankful we found John!! I feel like he's a garage door 'doctor'. Our garage door was not working randomly and it was beyond frustrating.
We contacted John to have him come take a look at it. Of course it worked the ONE time while he was here but he explained the problem without trying to 'sell' us anything. It finally died and he was back to replace it within a few days. He is very professional, straightforward and friendly. We are extremely impressed and thankful for how quickly he replaced our opener, showed us how to use it, etc.. We would highly recommend John for any garage door issues.

A track roller twisted off today. Pulled 3 screws with it. Call John's. Was able to come right over. Repair took 1/2 hour. Great job.
