Beaverton Signs and Graphics

The owner, I believe his name is Mike is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I called on a Saturday asking for PVC SINTRA BOARD and specially said I didnt want a certain product, he said he had it and could sell it to me. Fast forward a few days, I go to pick it up and its not what I wanted and was what I specifically said I DIDNT want. I told him that and he said no, you asked for this and I said no, I didnt. I know exactly what Im looking for and he interrupts me and said no, you literally asked for this. He continued to go on about how I asked for it and I just told him no, I didnt as I was walking out. Unprofessional and rude. I know exactly what I want and need, thats exactly why I was calling around to see if I could find it. Thanks for not listening to your potential customers, maybe you should go through some more training since you dont know how to do your job and the products you sell.
