        Next time you want to do taco night, come here. Go to the back counter and get carnitas. Get more than you think you need because it is so good. Grab some fresh corn tortillas from the big cooler(warmer in this case) by the hot case, grab some Queso from the fridge or the cheese counter (I used the Queso botanero from the cheese fridge and it was fantastic, highly recommend.), grab some salsa from the salsa fridge next to the hot case(for this I use salsa roja fresca, best for carnitas in my opinion), and get some cabbage, onions, and cilantro from produce. Now go home and fry up some cheesy carnitas tacos and add the salsa and chopped veggies while its still hot and melty. Thank me later.
