        For the disappointment last visit... this visit it was much better! My hair is restored back to original , with much better and shiny ! I'm not going to try anything new anymore and probably going to stick with this color code for quite some time. Thanks for restoring my hair! I'm glad they were able to fix their mistakes! Looks like similar experience happened with many customers over a month and little did I realize I also had a same situation and disappointment. Giving them another chance, they did good today! Service: Hair coloring

        ZERO STARS. Yesterday. They completely messed up my hair. $250 roots, highlights. I have chunks of brass in my hair it looks terrible. I tried calling today, nothing. I tried the message app. No reply. So disappointed, the lady who did my hair was being promoted to supervisor!!! Ive had my roots done before here and that was fine. I guess all they do is roots.
