Comfort Keepers Home Care

We have had such a great experience with Comfort Keepers. They are NOT like "other" home care companies I dealt with prior to working with them. They really care about their clients and their families. The staff is friendly, professional and easy to work with.

It gives me a great piece of mind knowing there is an organization that can take care of my Grandmother's needs on all levels. Comfort Keepers truly cares for their clients wellbeing, and looks to care for the whole person. Unreliable. Our main care giver is great, however anytime she goes on vacation or takes a day off we are left wondering if her replacement will show up. More often than not they do not. They have real scheduling issues. If not for our main caregiver we would not use this company. UPDATE 7/18/18: I want thank Autumn for addressing our issues and working with us to improve upon the issues we were experiencing previously. In the past few months we have seen a marked improvement and Autumn continues to provide great customer service. Scheduling has not been an issue and they have worked with us and shown great compassion when last minute scheduling changes have arisen. The caregivers have been great! When it was time for my mom to have a caregiver in her home due to dementia brought on by a stroke, I honestly had no idea how to even begin to look for the right caregiver for her. Im so glad I discovered Comfort Keepers because they genuinely care about my mom and our experience has been excellent so far. My moms caregiver has been with us for over a year and we adore her. We were going to move our parents into a facility 2 years ago and decided to give Comfort Keepers a chance. Best decision we could have made.
