Hotel is very average. Of course they have a counter you can buy food. You do have to pay for parking. Which I thought was strange. I guess they need the money where they can get it. But rooms were clean. And front desk was professional.

The staff was great, especially Jim. I read some of the other reviews and I disagree with them. The rooms are clean the pool and hot tub are clean and the perfect temp. I brought my family here and we all enjoyed our stay.
Rooms: Our room was clean and nice. The beds are comfortable.
Nearby activities: We came here for shopping. There is a lot of shopping close by. If you want to drive 15 min you can find any store you want.
Walkability: There is great shopping nearby

I want to give a big thanks to Elizabeth and Nathan for being so hospitable, kind and helpful which is more than i couldve asked for. The room was clean and the services were great. I have to say theyre doing a great job with keeping up with the place, being that the building is 20+ years old and has only been renovated once. You guys are doing great and thank you for everything. God bless and dont work TOO hard!

I'm super happy with the service from Manager Elisabeth. Whatever I need, she's on itfast and efficient. As an Ambassador member, I've got to say, this hotel's service is top-notch in my eyes. Highly recommend it.
