Except for the mileage charge I got ALL my money back for my VW ID4, including tax, registration, license, electric vehicle tax, luxury tax all of it. The battery died and after it was at the dealer for 30 days I called Danielle. (It took 4 months to fix!) She knows just what to do and made it simple for me.

Danielle submitted a claim for my car almost a year ago. She was unresponsive to emails- had to wait weeks to months made false promises and ultimately never got a dime from Toyota had such a lemon of a car I finally traded it in and moved on. Very disappointed.

I was so impressed with Danielles service. She knew what she was doing and setup expectations on how things would work out. I hope never to have to deal with a lemon law car again, but will share her information to others who may have a lemon case.
