I've worked with 4-5 3PLs over the past three+ years and PPS is the best I've worked with. They are organized, their online inventory system works well and they are responsive via email. Recommended for e-commerce sellers.

Signed up with Pacific Prep with my company a few months back. Their technical issues have been a problem so I wanted to remove myself from their services. I contacted them and they said they would take me off as well as refund charges made after the request. Almost two months have passed and still nothing. Get it together.

Great service! They know their stuff and were helpful. Their online software interface is pretty straight forward and easy to use.

Excellent prep center. I have been using them for about 5 months now and they have done right by me. Galen is the best. He has always answered my questions, maintains good contact when I email him, and has assisted greatly in this chapter of my Amazon selling world. The staff has gone above and beyond to help me when the incoming shipments have become creative. (In english, I sent some blind shipments to them without filling out my side of the paperwork.) The were able to help me at a nominal and reasonable extra service charge. This company is totally worth giving a try!
