I went to Andrea for hypnosis for insomnia that I had been dealing with for months. My hypnosis experience was wonderful! Andrea is very knowledgeable and professional. I felt very at ease with her as she explained exactly what to expect from our session. She recorded our hypnosis session so I would have the recording to use right before bed. I love using the recording and my sleep has improved a lot because of it.

I had a hypnotherapy session with Andrea in hopes of getting back to my morning workouts. No matter what Id tried(going to bed early, changing my eating habits first to give me a boost of energy, or setting myself up for success with all the right equipment and space), when my alarm went off at 5 AM, I just couldnt drag my butt out of bed. I figured I had nothing to lose despite my skepticism that this new method would work. Andrea and I discussed what my goals were and then she led me through a relaxation exercise that she recorded for my future use. The intent was for me to listen to the recording each night before bed so that I can wake up the next morning for my 5 AM workout without hesitation. Im happy to report that I have stayed committed to my workouts 5 days a week for the past 5 weeks and Im feeling great! I dont feel like I have to listen to the recording every night in order to get up but I do still feel extra relaxed listening to it as I drift off to sleep.

I was very pleased with Andrea's way of gathering the information needed to execute the hypnotherapy dialogue. I went into a very comfortable lucid like state of mind and afterwards felt revitalized and confident that what needed to happen would happen, and with the recording given to me, I was able to enjoy the experience more than once. A sense of healing is happening. Thank you!
