I've not had any issues with these people and I've been with them for four years for my cpap supplies. It makes me wonder what these complainers are doing, or aren't doing...

Avoid Tuality Medical Supply if you are able. They charged OHSU $245.27 for a $30 wrist brace. I was told at the clinic that it would cost "about $50.." which I thought was high, but agreed despite my reservations. Got the bill, $245.27. For a $30 item. 800% mark up. And we wonder why our health care system is so bad. It's corrupt and Tuality Medical Supply is part of the problem! AVOID! Tell your Healthcare provider you don't want to patronize Tuality Medical Supply!

They have been calling us many times they even sent us a bill. We never got anything from them. I believe theyre a scam dont trust them

Left a message to order supplies and never got a call back. Why advertise the service if you won't provide it? Just another joke that is the Tuality Healthscam System, partnered with OHSU.

If I could give it a lower rating I would It is impossible to talk to someone at this place NO BODY answers the phone and no body returns calls There is no physical store
