We were directed to Rachel for our home mortgage after being denied by a big online bank. We were worried that the denial would make it even harder for us to be approved, and Rachel didn't over promise in the beginning. She was super methodical about getting all the info she needed from us before saying she thought she could get us approved. But talk about red carpet service! Rachel handled every question from us and continued to go back to the underwriters to explain things that were out of the ordinary. We have very unordinary income and were afraid that we were unbankable, but Rachel definitely knows her stuff! She kept us in the loop during the entire process and continued to offer professional advice - holding our hands the entire way. Good news is that our loan was approved and we even had a decent interest rates at a time when rates were all over the place. I couldn't recommend Rachel enough - if you're not sure who to use, definitely contact Rachel - she'll give it to you straight and tell you exactly what you need to show in your income in order to be funded. She knows her stuff and she's wonderful to work with.
