Dr. Higgins was very knowledgeable and shared valuable information during my appointment. She listened to everything I said and answered every question thoroughly and I didn't feel belittled or as if I was asking stupid questions. She was very caring, empathetic to my situation and compassionate.

What a fantastic doctor!! Dr. Higgins is not only caring, emthaptic and knowledgeable. She takes the time to thoroughly review your care plan and answers any questions and addresses all concerns. She took the time to personally call and let me know of a change on an upcoming surgery. I like the natural and comfortable conversation that happens when I have appointments. I highly recommend seeing her if you need an amazing obgyn.

I would advise anyone who has a son to never go to her for your boys circumcision. Upon arrival we paid the full amount up front to have the circumcision performed. The entire time we were in the room as she "worked" there was an unease. It was obvious something wasn't correct, however instead of informing us of any issues or possible mistakes on her behalf, she stayed silent. We watched as she tried to correct her mistakes, as our baby was bleeding more than he should. We believed that since we were at the doctors office they must know what they are doing, right? Absolutely not! She tried to stop his bleeding by using silver nitrate, pressure and finally just applied surgicell, since the bleeding wouldn't cease. She still did not admit any fault nor inform us of any possible bleeding issues due to her negligence. She had us stay for 30 minutes, still not explaining to us why, or the fact that my son might be in danger. Finally she sent us home, which was careless and negligent on her behalf. After the 3rd diaper change his bleeding was worsening the swelling was becoming alarming, my husband and I ended up rushing our son to the emergency room. Only to have a Pediatric urologist be called in to try and fix what she had done. It's been a few weeks an emergency room and a few doctor visits later, and we are still dealing with it. In my opinion she is negligent, careless, and overall dangerous due to her lack of ownership over this situation, she rather put my sons health and his body at risk than admit to a mistake. And to make matters worse, we received an additional bill for the mutilation she committed to my boy. Even after they told us the total was $446.00 they want us to continue to pay an addition $100 some dollars. Ridiculous. Be weary.
