Onsite Dental

I have used the service at this location since I moved to Oregon. Dr. Toader and his team were great, professional, and friendly. It made me feel good every time I visited. This time I visited for my yearly check-up, the whole team was new, and I was surprised. I didn't receive notice about the change. And my experience with the new team was not great. 1. My appointment was scheduled at 12:30-1:10pm but it actually ended at 1:50pm due to the hygienist Mrs. Shahid being late. 2. I kept on getting bumped on the top of my head during the cleaning when she leaned over and when I mentioned it, she denied. A sorry or a question asking me how I feel would be better. 3. Dr. Toader's team service was great and it showed in small details. They handed me a mirror to check and for me to observe the process if I wanted to. They gave me some mouthwash to wash my mouth after. They asked how I felt very often during the process. But I didn't get the same service with the new team.

Diana was awesome for the exam ! Dr. Mike is straight forward in his suggestion on how to care for your teeth and suggestions for fixing them! Will come again

I had a great experience here after not going to the dentist for a bit. Everyone was super nice and professional. I was able to get in for a cleaning and treatment within a week. Diana did my cleaning and it was the best cleaning I have had. I have had my teeth cleaned before and not gone back to that office because it was too aggressive. Looking forward to my next visit!

The worst service I have ever received, unprofessional and dishonest people. They billed me on a service that I havent received and when I called she said it is a mistake she has done because I was in rush to get helped. Not clean and xray technology is very very old. I would never recommend this place .

Dr. Toader and the team were very professional, patient and nice during the time I was a patient in the clinic. All done on time and with high proficiency. Unfortunately when Dr. Toader left the clinic , the management made a decision not to inform the patients that a new dentist will be there for their next visit. I was highly surprised to come for my yearly check-up and find a new dentist. I consider that on the borderline of deception, and therefore I give the clinic 3 stars (not giving 1 star because as I said- the rest of the team including the dental hygienists were very nice and professional)
