Amazing! I feel great when I finally get myself out of my house, as sometimes she is the only reason I do, and by the end of the session, I remember why I wanted/needed to work out in the first place. Very knowledgeable and supportive. I like that its females only training because I feel she understands what I want and what works well with my body and I never feel judged. On my third sign up and glad I made the decision to get work out help. Its the motivation I needed.

Tess is a great womens trainer and I love that she keeps me on track with my nutrition and always checks in on me. She also helps me stay motivated. It was hard for me to stay consistent in the gym but shes always motivating me to be the best version of ME.

Tess,, is awesome person and training. I like wow she is, because she is always with you in the training, making short not her your self.
