Marci Brady

Marci Brady is a beast were the words of reference from our friend Bobby. I was a bit intimidated by that to be honest so we looked at a few different realtor groups first. We were looking for a starter house in the Portland / Milwaukie area between March-July 2021 and knew it wasnt going to be easy. After meeting a few agents we decided we had to give our referred agent, Marci, a shot. And we sure are glad we did. Marci was patient and responsive. This was our first home purchase and realtor so even though we had done our research there was still a lot we didnt know. Luckily we had Marci on our side who answered all our questions day and night via text, phone calls and email. She coached us through the entire process. We felt very comfortable with her and would always be floored by how quickly she would respond to us. Marci cared about us and knew what we wanted before we even did! Marci would suggest certain houses to show us. On top of that she always took us to any houses we thought we wanted to see too. There were a few we picked that were pretty run down and in areas we didnt like but I figured they were all we could get. At one house, I tried to justify living in, Marci said, No, I wont let your daughter live here. I loved that! With that phrase I knew she wasnt just trying to unload us on any sale we could get. Im sure getting rid of us would have made her life easier in this crazy market. But we knew she was always thoughtfully looking out for our family needs and wasnt willing to settle. Marci is relentless. We got into escrow on a house and a lot came up in the inspection. She worked back and forth between the seller's agent, a contractor, our inspector and our loan officer to work out negotiation for repairs. We ultimately ended up passing on the house. We felt bad for how hard she worked to get us that far all in vain, I thought. She never made us feel pressure to take the deal and always kept a positive attitude when we passed or got our offers rejected. We always had full confidence in her to get us an even better house. We ended up getting a house we absolutely love and feel we got a great deal too! Marci showed us how much she cared about us and worked harder than anyone I know. We are so happy we had Marci on our team and would recommend her to anyone!
