I was starting to think about a house and the info on the internet is like drinking from a fire hose. I walked into here knowing nothing. I walked out confident about what I needed to do and what was needed in each step of the home buying process. Jenna was extremely friendly and very helpful about my needs and wants while being mindful of what I can afford. UPDATE After several months of working with Jenna and others at Remax, I can say that I was very pleased with my experience there. Jenna made sure that I understood each step of the buying process and suggested what to include in our negotiations. Every one of her suggestions was the right choice. This expertise saved me lots of money and worrying. She made herself available to my unusual work schedule. It is for these reasons that I highly recommend Jenna as a realtor for anyone searching for a home. Jackie, the loan officer made sure that we had all of my documents in order, and that made the loan process easy and painless. There were no hidden fees and no surprises. She was also very available to my schedule and questions. She made sure that I knew what I needed and how to get the best rates available.
