We purchased a new home in Beaverton and had the septic system pumped and evaluated by Aloha Sanitary Service-they were selected by the seller, so we did not choose them-we only agreed to pay for the System inspection that included the Oregon DEQ study. At first I was surprised by the cost of the inspection, but after receiving the results and contacting the company and speaking to a man named Kelly, he spent 14 minutes going thru the report and educating me-very politely I might add- about the report and the importance of having it thoroughly done and mapped out to extend the life of the system as long as possible. He gave me great information about how to know when to have the system pumped and what signs to look for if there is ever a problem. He himself stated that they aren't the cheapest, but they aren't the most expensive sanitary service out there-but they pride themselves with the best customer service and are always available for help. I was very impressed and we'll be using them in the future. Service: Septic system installation

Septic backed up Saturday; contacted Aloha and received return call same day, asked if it could wait until morning (already dark) and arrived early Sunday morning. Dave did a fantastic job, explaining the problem, and pointing out a few things we could check if it happened again as he worked - in the future we will push suggested pumping up a year because frankly, NOTHING stops the flow of family life faster than a blocked septic tank!!
