      image Had such an amazing experience with Celeste Worden! She was able to help us with our taxes this year quickly and assisting us in getting a great tax refund!       image Am I the only one that never received my state tax every time I do my tax with Jackson Hewitt? Like I called the state and they said they sent it out and the money has been received already and to call Jackson then when I call Jackson theyll start acting stupid like they do not know anything like whaaaat? Jackson Hewitt stop ripping off peoples money we do our tax return with you guys for a reason we pay you guys to do it for us we put our trust in yall and yall take advantage of that

      I regret hearing about your experience, AM Rmg, but I want to express our gratitude for sharing it with us. Our goal is never to disappoint, and our dedicated Client Care team is here to address your concerns promptly and, if necessary, escalate them appropriately. Please know that often when a client has our tax preparation fees taken out of their refund (what we call an Assisted Refund), those fees may well be taken out of the State refund, if that comes in before your federal refund. That might be what happened.Also, sometimes the State will send a letter asking for copies of W-2 forms and other withholding when the employer has failed to provide a copy to the State. In that case, the State will hold onto the refund until the client responds.In either case, we can check on these things for you and help you.
