        We closed on a sale (out of state) AND it local purchase at the same time, and First American was great coordinating with our other title company, processing the funds, and getting us into our new home. They made it easy to keep up with documents through e signing and set us up with a mobile notary on short notice so we could close from our of state. Couldn't be happier with their communication and help throughout the process.
