We had a wonderful experience with Jake from United Water Restoration. We didnt know the extent of damage when we called them, and Jake was able to come take a look within a day. He walked us through our options and didnt try and upsell. Our water damage ended up not being bad enough that they recommended us getting work done, but we will definitely keep them in mind for future work and refer friends and family to them. Jake is fantastic. After a water leak, Jake answered enough questions to determine we didnt need his services at the time. Very helpful and trustworthy. I will not hesitate to call in the future.
