        I purchased a cricket phone and plan from Walmart. I needed help activating it. The Hispanic woman working on April 23rd 2020 (she was the only employee in the store). Could NOT activate it?! Why is this woman working at a cricket phone store if she has no idea how to even activate a phone?!?! Mind you I waited over 2 hours to speak with her. Then 15 mins into dealing with me "sorry I've tried everything im so sorry" like what the heck is wrong with people. I took the phone back to Walmart to the electronic help desk, the woman at Walmart had the phone working in literally 30 seconds. Anywho never going to spend a dime at the cricket store in Monmouth. Please train your employees before leaving them in the store all by themselves!
