        They go the extra mile (free cupcakes in the lobby) . Cant fault anything apart from the lobby coffee. Rooms and service were both fantastic

        Very nice Hotel, modern, clean, of course it's new and right on the river what more could You ask for. Oh and they have Longbottom coffee in the rooms wow

        I stayed here under a situation that a worker there was extremely rude and belittling to me. I told her manager whom said she would look at the cameras and unfortunately told me we could not extend our stay due to over booking and was very pleasant upon leaving told my insurance company that was helping me out that I broke rules a ton of them when the entire stay we were not even spoken to so they allow there employees to belittle and treat people badly and condone it with knocking down a woman who was medically down and dv issues props to a hotel that has the worst manager Im appalled In response to your response is that you lied to both me and my insurance company that was helping me you said you were sold out to me when I checked out but then told my insurance company I broke a ton of rules causing me 6 month ban for help when I did nothing wrong not to mention for a toltal of five days stay when the first three were 390 the next two totaled 700 bucks its sad that you took advantage of someone in a crappy situation stealing domestic violence money by hulking you price up to more than double that you promised for who paid I will not ever keep quiet about what you did and I am contacting the bbb for the theft and price gouging a domestic violence grant

        We really enjoyed this hotel for a one night stay. If we were going to be there longer, we might have gotten a suite. Rooms: Well-appointed, clean, very comfortable bed.

We can’t always extend the stays of our in-house guests when we’ve already sold rooms to incoming guests, and we are sorry we weren’t able to accommodate your request to extend your stay.
