        Not really a paddlers access, no boat ramp, more of a parking area 200 yards from a muddy foot path, leading to a steep drop into the water. Hard to get a tandem kayak into the river.

        The river was super peaceful (8/6/23), with an almost imperceptible current. There were a few widely scattered paddlers. Everyone was cheerful and polite. As others have mentioned, there is a bit of a walk to get to the drop-in and it wasnt smooth getting the paddle board in the water. But it was manageable without too much trouble. Very worth it.

        Make sure you use the correct access route. We didn't and literally fell down the hill into the water with all of our stuff
