I worked without hiring paperwork finished. Didnt return due to transportation issues. I had to wait till the 25th, which was their payday. I called to ask about my picking it up on the 26th and they have withheld my pay. I was there one day and they cant pay me for it. I was supposed to get a return call and received nothing after arguing with Peggy.

After looking all over the Rogue Valley, this is the place we chose for our mother to live the rest of her life. First, you look for happy residents, laughter in the halls, friendly staff, and good food. Add to that, qualified medical staff, and a very reasonable price to make Pioneer Village a clear winner. I've been a food service professional for 45 years, and I've worked in premier retirement settings for 27 years. Pioneer Village is top of the line.

Staff here are incompetent and nepotism is rampant, those who do well arent rewarded or promoted only the friends and family of the ED. Speaking of the ED, they and their director team are horrible at their jobs and were only promoted due to the previous directors leaving for better positions. Do not put your loved ones in this horrible facility. The parent company doesnt care about residents as anything more than cash flow.

I have worked at quiet a few facilities here in our valley, but none compare to Pioneer Village. We are truly blessed to have such amazing residents and staff. This is by far my favorite job I have ever had! Radiant is a great company to work for, they truly value all of their staff and that, makes me love coming to work everyday. Our Radiant 10 commandments are something I have implemented in my personal life as well as my professional endeavors. Thank you to my team and all who call Pioneer Home!
