Stopped in to check it out and found a cute mug, hand lotion, and keepsake box. Im not much of a knick knack person but the items in here are so cute!

Pico's Worldwide is a wonderful shop full of treasures and actual things you will want. Its right on the main street in Jacksonville, E. California Avenue. You will find a nice browsing selection with always new things to see and buy. Check it out.

Customer service has gone downhill here. The woman working the counter has no sense of courtesy or gratitude for my business. She cannot even muster a thank you for my purchases. When I let her know Im waiting at the counter to be rung up, she replies with a curt, unfriendly response rather than courtesy. It is not an inviting store anymore, and her rude, ungrateful attitude has no place in our friendly town of Jacksonville. You can see by the responses here that she has no intention of owning her bad attitude, apologizing, or fixing it, and chooses to blame her customers rather than apologize. I have shopped here many times, but never again, unless she can see the error in her attitude and learn how to offer courteous customer service. People who understand good customer service know that no matter how you are feeling personally, you leave your baggage at the door and treat your customers like gold. I encourage you shop where your business is appreciated.

Went there today to find a blouse to wear to a wedding.  I was the only one there.  The woman behind the counter didn't speak to me. No greeting of any kind or offer to help me find what I needed. She kept her head down folding clothes. I walked right by where she was standing and still no greeting.  I browsed and she walked right by me to go to the back and still no greeting. I looked right at her and smiled, not sure if she smiled back because she was wearing a mask but she didn't say anything still.  I finally left and said to her, "Have a great day". She finally spoke to me with a "you to".  Bad customer service, guys.

We visited Pico's today around 1130am, Chelsea was working, I picked out a specialty soap for my brother and the two gentlemen I was with, were going to buy jackets ($70.00 each) and I asked one of them to smell the soap, see what he thought. Naturally he pulled his mask down to do so and in an overly aggressive stance Chelsea barked at him to pull up his mask. An alternative would have been "can you pull up your mask please?" We all own business and we would never allow an employee to take that type of aggressive behavior with any of our clients. It was poor customer service and ensures that we will never shop in the store again.
