    This company does not listen and has poor communication. We booked an appointment to have a valve fixed on our radiant heating system. My husband explained in detail what the problem was and presented PHOTOS. He absolutely told them it was a heating system. Josh arrived and had no idea it was a heating system. While he did cut 3 percent off and suggested other businesses, they charged $160 to come out and tell us they don't work on heating units. That information WAS PROVIDED when the appointment was made, they should never have made the appointment. This was all set up on yelp. We have screenshots of the entire conversation in which it was made clear it was a heating unit. I don't think I should have to pay for their mistake in booking this. He skimmed it, stopped reading half way through probably and missed the part about "the valve regulated the flow of the heat to our home", plus photos that are definitely NOT a water heater. Unprofessional, poor communication skills, unwilling to own up to their mistake in booking, and lied about receiving the information (or else failed to READ). He also claimed he needed to discuss with the owner and later I found out he IS the owner, so I'm inclined to believe he is in fact a liar. Ive got a sreenshot of the conversation if he tries to say he wasn't told it was heating. Considering small claims court, but I don't really want to drag this negativity into my life. Yes, we signed a contract, but there was a reasonable assumption that they could do the work clearly discussed and in making the appointment they implied they had read the description and were able to do the work. Pretty sure contracts do not extend to negligence.

    Nothing but nice things to say about our plumber Josh! He's very laid back but super punctual, educated in his field and goes above and beyond helping his clients. We had to call this company twice in a span of a few months due to our house being old and he was there for us both time. So happy to get him and I will be requesting him next time for sure.

Honestly I'm not sure why you feel the need to try to drag our name through the mud like you are doing, however the 159.00 that we charged you for our time, gas and truck rolling to your home, we don't work for free as neither do anyone, give me a call tomorrow to discuss what is really going on, i will even give you my cell number so you can tell me how im being dishonest etc. and lastly, there is no amount of money worth the defamation of my company ,to have you think that I'm going to take your verbal and defamation of my character, just know that i hold my 5 star reviews very highly, and truth by told, I'm a man of character and just know this you will be given your 159$ back.and do us a favor try not to smear other companies just by your mistake, i have made my peace you will get all your money back by me willingly, now do us a favor and any other company and actually explain what you need.this will save alot of unecessary wasted time by you and the company that is there to help. I will ask you to please stop defamation if my company and to me personally . The cc charge wil be reversed today
