        I would not suggest Jordan for real estate law. Jordan didn't know the law and charged us the entire retainer to look up the case law for a fairly straightforward issue. Very poor follow through. We had a solid case against our realtor and the homeowners that we, without her help, filed with the state's real estate commission and the commission agreed with us.

        Susan did not take the time to learn my case. She would ask me the same questions over and over. Going into court she still didn't know what was going on and would cwer away from the judge instead of standing up for me. Told me by signing a paper i was just cooperating when in fact i was signing my rights away. She told me this AFTER getting me to sign said paper. Her guidance was zero to horrible. You would think someone who is meant to fight for you in court would take the time to get to know what they're fighting for the facts and even some details. That's what makes a great lawer someone who stands up for you and knows what their taking about and standing up for. Not someone going through the motions in order to get paid. Which is what she was doing by having me sign that paper. Because then she doesn't lose. And she doesn't have to work as hard or as much. It felt like she was just going through the motions that we the easiest for her. Not what was best for me her client. She seemed like a perfectly nice person. But a lawyer i would recommend to anyone ever? Absolutely NOT in my case nor experience. Hopefully she will read this with an open mind. Learn from this. Take some pointers and grow with improvement. That would be the best Scenerio
