Do not live here, in one year Ive been through 3 managements companies, parking is the worst Ive ever seen and whatever company ends up managing this dump will for sure try and steal your deposit, do not live here, south Salem has far better options for cheaper prices, even if you work In Keizer like I do I would much rather drive 1 hr to work than live in such an inhumane and depressing place.

Update 2: Theyve added street side parking with a few additional places to park. The visitor spots (2) are being used by residents and the management company picks and chooses who to force out of the spots. Some people have been parked there for over 6 months, even though the lease agreement says residents cannot park there at all and visitors cannot stay in the space for longer than 3 days. Were about to go into our 3rd management company in one year. The builders did a rush job and cut a lot of corners. The apartments look good if you dont look too hard and I worry what they will look like with time. People leave their trash NEXT TO the dumpsters, even when theyre completely empty. Update: Ive lived here for almost 4 months and will not be staying longer than I need to purely because of parking. Many of my neighbors have been towed today (5.20.23) for parking in the customer spaces. $400 towing fee just to park in our own complex. Ive lived here for 2 months now and have an average feeling about the experience. The contractors have been very friendly and helpful when things have needed repairs. We were one of the first to move in to this new complex and there were only two minor fixes that needed to be done (our front door was difficult to lock and our bathroom door didnt shut all the way, both of which took less than 5 minutes for them to fix). The neighborhood feels fairly safe; however, I was told by a recently retired police officer that the area is far from safe. The walls are thin and I can hear every conversation happening upstairs. The parking situation is a 1 star in itself. Ive lived in places where each unit only has one parking space, but never in a place with only 2 additional spots for the entire complex. The same two vehicles have been parked in these 2 spaces. Its stressful and frustrating and a large reason for the lower overall rating. It is my understanding this is not a Trilliant decision, but the land owners decision. There are customer parking spaces (which is more frustrating, considering they could park across the street with the other business parking spaces); however, residents cannot park there between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Trilliant has put up signs threatening to tow residents who park in customer spaces, although the businesses never have customers throughout the day. I do not personally feel safe leaving my car across the street over night when there are no parking spaces. Additionally, I have witnessed vehicles be towed across the street and street side parking only has two spaces. Communication with Trilliant improved drastically when I was told they dont typically answer calls, but will respond to emails and texts. Ive had no issues with rude neighbors. The only neighbor related concerns I have is that due to lack of parking, when people move in, they take up parking spaces that dont belong to them and this has directly affected my ability to park in my designated space. Overall, these apartments are clean and nice to live in. A downside to the unit itself is lack of storage/closet (for cleaning supplies, towels, ect) space and whoever designed the kitchens didnt consider where a trash can would go. I know that sounds minor, but its not minor when youre doing dishes, cleaning, or cooking, and have to walk across the entire apartment practically to throw something away. Overall, Im fairly pleased and would probably be more pleased if parking wasnt so stressful.
