True Built Home - Salem Branch

Update: we completed our house with True Built over a year ago. When We did a final walkthrough we had some things we wanted to fix. They had to come back to spray texture in a missed spot. They got texture on our TV; they never bothered to cover it up. There were things wrong: our shower was cracked in 2 spots, doors both exterior and interior doors had gaps. And now we have floor nails that are popping up and you can feel them under the laminate flooring. They took our money and did not fix these things. Will never recommend them again. They never came back to fix this. We are in the beginning stages of building our home, we just met with Davi to start the process. First off, thank you for your flexibility with meeting us on a Saturday! Davi took his time answering all our questions and explaining their process and timeline for building. We feel confident we picked the right company to build our home. Looking forward to seeing the progress. Thanks!

True Built recently completed our home on the Oregon coast and we are very happy with the outcome. The quality of building materials and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Davi was a knowledgeable and accessible project manager and was a great resource/support. The Ocean Shores model that we chose is impressively designed and comfortable. We made very few modifications as the stock plans were exactly what we were looking for. A home built by True Built is a perfect option for those who want to build on their own land and are willing to manage permits and excavation themselves. The overall cost was quite affordable compared to new and existing homes on the market.

We had a wonderful home built in 2010 that burned to the ground in the Beachie Creek Fire in September 2020. Though we thought we had more than enough homeowners insurance, we discovered to rebuild at current costs was outside those funds. We started looking for viable options and discovered True Built Home. Davi and Cameron in the Salem/Keizer local branch saved our hope of rebuilding and made it happen! Davi, as project manager, has been honest and straightforward from the start. He has consistently answered our questions, provided useful advice and led us through the complicated and complex process of decision making when rebuilding a home. We trust Davi and know for a fact he has our best interests at heart. We could not be more pleased to have him as our project manager and True Built Home as our construction company. M.S. In my opinion, do not waste your time. This company has been horrible. Our floors have had to be replaced 3 times, our roof has been replaced twice. The new roof that has been installed already needs to be fixed. Our house is also only 2 years old. Trying to deal with them has been such a heart ache and major nightmare. No one is able to be reached and when you do get to someone to speak about the issues that need ti be addressed it takes month to get the ball rolling. True Built is anything but true to their word. Dont waste you time, dont waste your money and save yourself the heart ache. Do not put you or your family through the pain and suffering this company will cause you.
