Dr Tidwell was every compassionate and Patient and was very open in communication with walking through my procedure ,and his assistant can't remember her name but she was over the top with making me feel welcome and taken care of... thank you Gental Dental

I had a dental emergency and the team was able to get me in right away & Dr. Tidwell & Laura took great care of me! I really appreciate their kindness and great work.

I rarely write a review good or bad about any place but this definitely requires one. I am still beyond disgusted and want to throw up anytime I think about it. It appeared to be a pretty clean office. I had only waited a year just for a new patient appointment. What a complete disappointment and leaving in total disgust! The dentist was an old man with shaking hands. Big red flag. Shaking hands and drill in my mouth no thank you! He was coughing prior to him coming into the room. He put his gloves on first then put a mask on. He's adjusting his mask and touching his nose and face with his gloves hands that will soon be going into my mouth. That's not even the worst part! Why I didn't say anything is beyond me. I'm normally one to speak up but this had me in complete shock. As he put his fingers in my mouth I'm cringing. The skin on his face was that of someone with psioriasis. It was dry, crusty and flakey. There were loose flakes dangling in his eyebrows and on his forehead/scalp. He kept itching his face during the entire exam. Im watching flakes falling off his face everytime he's scratching. The little mirror to look at my teeth flew out of his hand and onto the floor due to his excessive shaking. He says oh well we can do without it. He was not thorough at all. He says your teeth look fine. I have 2 autoimmune diseases with one causing severe dry mouth and eyes. The dry mouth has caused severe decay on all of my back teeth top and bottom. I pulled my cheek to the side and asked does this look fine? He said oh! Wow that's some decay! I didn't see that. How can you not see black decay?! As horribly frustrating as it was to have a meaningless appointment after waiting a year, I CAN say thank God the exam was over. I didn't even care by that point. I just wanted to get the hell out of their and wash my mouth out!
