Gentle Dental Keizer Station

I went for my first appointment at Mental Dental Keizer Station and had an awesome visit with the Dentist and Orel Surgeon because they are going to pull all my bottom teeth which consists of approximately 7-8 teeth so they can fit me for a full denture instead of a partial denture. The Dentists took the time to walk me thru the procedure step by step with all the details of whats going to take place between the Dentist and Oral Surgeon when they pull my teeth. I have never had a Dentist take the time to explain everything detail of the procedure they'll be doing like they explained to me. I am a little nervous but feel comfortable in their hands for my procedure being done this coming Tuesday April 16, 2024! I will let you all know.just how it goes on Tuesday when I am done and feeling better. Till then enjoy your Dentist visits!!

The dental surgeon has no bedside manner and was rude as ever and the accountant lady is a straight b word I would not recommend this place to anyone

I love Dr Alex. I meet him at the west Salem gentle dental. He moved and I decided to keep him. I drive 36 min but its worth it. He is such a great dentist, he is so professional, cares and understands you.

-They blacklist people who leave bad reviews. -Belittle patients while in the chair, not listening to concerns or questions. Then leave while you're mid-sentence asking questions, ignoring you. -Cancel appointments at the last minute with little to no heads up. (Mine canceled all of Thanksgiving week with one days notice, convenient.) -No regard to respect, privacy, concern, or time. Just because they take your insurance, doesn't mean this is the place to go. Don't even consider this as a "gentle" place, or a pediatric friendly facility.
